You can always choose to provide less information. However, omitting some of this personal information may limit your ability to access all of the benefits of our Website and Services. For example, we cannot process transactions without payment information and a billing address or ship goods without your name and mailing address.

Personal Information Obtained From Other Sources: If you use a Third Party Service (such as Google) to register for an Account or connect your calendar, the Third Party Service may provide us with your Third Party Service account information on your behalf, such as your name and email address (we don’t collect or store passwords you use to access Third Party Services). Your privacy settings on the Third Party Service typically control what they share with us. Make sure you are comfortable with what they share by reviewing their privacy policies and, if necessary, modifying your privacy settings directly on the Third Party Service.

If You Sign Up and Pay For Your Services Directly With Us: We obtain limited information about your payment card from our payment processors, such as the last four digits, the country of issuance and the expiration date. Currently, our payment processor is Stripe. Stripe uses and processes your complete payment information in accordance with Stripe’s privacy policy.

Data From myfactor Clients (Your Employer) and Technology Partners / Suppliers: We also receive information via our Website, Platform or email from our technology partners/suppliers and clients about you. Your employer (our Client) may provide your personal information, such as your first name, last name, title, length of tenure with the organization, company name and your official email address when they have sponsored you for executive coaching and leadership development Services.

Policy On Collecting Sensitive Personal Information: myfactor Coaching & Consulting inc. does not gather any sensitive personal information, such as your social security number, driver’s license number, race, ethnicity, religion, health metrics, political associations, or details on your criminal background.

 How The Information Collected Is Used

We collect and use the information or Personal Information we collect from or about you for the following business purposes:

  • Providing Services to You, Our Current Active Clients, Prospective Client and Inactive Clients: Creating and maintaining your account with us, tailoring our Service to your coaching needs, facilitating payments and transactions and responding to customer support requests and questions.

  • Communicating With You: Communicating with you, sending you emails about your transactions, Service-related announcements, emails and updates. As well as soliciting feedback on your coaching experience and automated appointment reminders, which you can customize or opt out of.

  • Administering 360-degree Assessments and Surveys: Facilitating 360-degree assessments and surveys. Shipping your 360 assessment or any materials to enhance your coaching experience.

  • Promoting our Services: Sending you tailored marketing communications about products, services, and programs that you may be interested in and measuring the success of our outreach efforts. Researching our prospective clients, including the content and the services/products they are interested in.

  • Improving Our Services. Analyzing and learning about how the Services are accessed and used, evaluate and improve our Services (including by developing new products and services, creating, publishing and enhancing our content and resources, managing our communications and cultivating meaningful relationships with our clients and prospective clients) and monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of our advertising. We usually do this based on anonymous, pseudonymized or aggregated information which does not identify you directly.

  • Security: Ensure the security and integrity of our Services.

  • Third-Party Relationships: Managing our vendor and partner relationships and transferring data to third parties (Refer to “Who Is The Information Shared With? section below).

We may share your information with Third-Party technology and assessment partners. Still, only those affiliates, third-party app integrations, vendors and service providers that myfactor has fully vetted and retained in connection with the operation, delivery and marketing. The Third-Party technology and assessment partners will only have access to and use the data they need to perform their functions.

The only reason we will ever share your information with affiliates is for the following purposes:

  • Registering and setting up your coaching or community membership account.

  • Processing transactions

  • Facilitating and completing a 360 assessment

  • Fulfilling and delivering orders

  • Measuring marketing and advertising performance

  • Providing excellent customer service

  • Issuing email and text message communications.

These third parties have limited access to your information and use your information to perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated to myfactor not to disclose or use your information for other purposes. While the information provided to myfactor in connection with our Third-Party Tools remains subject to myfactor’s Privacy Policy, the use of Third-Party Tools themselves is subject to the terms and conditions of the Third-Party technology and assessment partners. myfactor is not responsible for any changes to the Third-Party Tools or the acts or omissions of Third-Party Tool providers.

Information Security

We do our best to keep your private information secure and safe. Most of your personal information is encrypted and is therefore protected from being accessed by outside users. However, data leaks and malicious attacks do happen. While we do our best to protect your data, providing your personal information is at your own risk.

Ability To Decline To Provide Personal Information

You can, of course, decline to disclose your personal information to us. However, failing to provide us with pertinent information may limit your ability to fully benefit from myfactor Coaching & Consulting inc. and its offerings.
